After touring many homes and putting in a couple of offers (against 15+ other bidders each time), we found the home we really wanted. Kelly recommended the perfect offer price that wound up being just barely higher than the rest, and he also coached us in writing a proper letter for the sellers about our family and everything we loved about the house.
