Over the course of the next month, we went back and forth on it, challenged to commit, but here too Kelly was patient and supportive, tracking down information for us about the house itself, the neighborhood, schools, and the community. When it came to making an offer, Kelly gave great advice, and we came to a price that met our objectives and worked for the seller. After we purchased, Kelly was still just as helpful. He connected us with all sorts of resources painters, plumbers, roofers, and cleaners to help us get the house just as we wanted. Best of all, Kelly’s a new friend of the family now. He comes to visit and invites us to special places he knows we’d like. Kelly treated us just like family and got us into a home we love.
